Matthew Collins (Indigo Pascal Ltd) ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile and web game Quantum Tetro (available at https://quantumtetro.indigopascal.com and on Google Play as com.indigopascal.quantumtetro). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you play Quantum Tetro.

1. Information We Collect

• Local Game Progress: High scores, unlocked themes, Journey Mode star ratings, daily mission progress, achievements, and audio/accessibility preferences are stored locally on your device using browser/WebView localStorage.
• Optional Cloud Leaderboard Data: When you complete a game, an anonymous random player ID (e.g. player_...), your chosen display callsign (defaulting to Player), your game mode, and your score are transmitted over HTTPS to our leaderboard server at https://quantumtetro.indigopascal.com/api/scores to display global rankings.
• No Sensitive Personal Data: Quantum Tetro does not require account registration and does not collect your real name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.

2. How We Use Information

• To save and restore your gameplay progress, themes, and settings on your device.
• To display global and mode-specific high-score leaderboards across Classic, Tactical, Time Attack, Daily, Journey, and Zen modes.
• To maintain server stability and prevent leaderboard abuse.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties or data brokers. We do not include third-party behavioral advertising SDKs that track you across other apps or websites.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• On-Device Data: You can erase all local game data at any time inside Quantum Tetro via Settings → Account → Reset All Data, or by uninstalling the app / clearing browser site data.
• Leaderboard Entries: To request removal of a leaderboard score associated with your anonymous player ID or callsign, email us at hello@indigopascal.com and we will delete it within 7 days.

5. Children's Privacy

Quantum Tetro is a general-audience puzzle game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

6. Security

All communication between Quantum Tetro and quantumtetro.indigopascal.com is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS.
